From York, follow signs for A19 towards Selby. After the A64/A19 roundabout, where the Designer Outlet is situated, continue along A19 towards Selby until you reach Crockey Hill, where you turn left at the lights for Wheldrake. Pass through Wheldrake village and carry on to the village of Thorganby where you will pass Thorganby church on your right. My practice is located about 0.8 miles beyond the church. Continue, going out of the village along a long straight stretch, then you will go round a sharpish left hand bend with a house on the left, on the bend. After the bend, there are six houses on the right hand side, and just one on the left, with a red letterbox outside it. You want to turn left up a farm track just before this house on the left and the letterbox – opposite a property called ‘The Bungalow’. If you get to the letterbox you have gone marginally too far. There is no sign for Woodfield Farm at the bottom of the track, which is about 0.3 miles long. At the top, come into the farmyard, and continue straight on past the barn until you reach the gravel and the entrance to the house.

From Selby direction, Follow A19 towards York. Turn left off the A19 following the follow signs to Holme on Spalding Moor on A163 but then turn left again to Skipwith. (Coming from Market Weighton or Holme upon Spalding Moor, follow A163 back to towards Selby, turning right for Skipwith.)

From Skipwith, leave Skipwith heading towards Escrick, and after about half a mile, take a right turn down Bonby Lane, signposted to Thorganby. Keep going until you pass Roth Hill Lane on the left, and almost immediately after this you will see Derwent Valley House (with old station building in garden) and the red letter box on your right. Turn up the track on your right immediately after this property, and opposite a property called ‘The Bungalow’.
